Refunds Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
· Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error
· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there could be some processing time before a refund is visible.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at smadealcbe@gmail.com.
Gifts
Currently, we do not offer a gift option.
Shipping for Returns
To return a product, send it to: Southern Marketing Associates, No. 46, 5th Street, Viswanathapuram, Lakshmipuram, Ganapathi Post, Coimbatore-6.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items over Rs 1,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
